Volunteer

A vital component of our school environment is family and community involvement.  We are very proud of the thousands of volunteer hours that are gifted to our school each year.  We welcome the unique contributions each family is able to share. On any given school day, parents, grandparents, and various family and community members can be found within our classrooms and moving through the hallways, as they dedicate their free time to our students.  There are reading coaches, classroom parents, PTO members, event planning committees, speakers, observers, and even some family members who just come in to have lunch with their child.

Background Checks

In order to volunteer at any of the Green Bay Area Public Schools, you must first complete a background check. This includes volunteering in your child's school and chaperoning field trips. The background check needs to be updated each school year. We look forward to having you help in our school!

Volunteer Opportunities

There are so many ways to get involved with your school community. We would love to have you help out in our classrooms and chaperone field trips. Have a fun job or hobby? Maybe you'd like to teach during exploratory week or teach an enrichment class? Handy with tools? We just might have a project around the school that you can help out with. Looking to take on a more involved role? Join one of the PTO committees. Whatever your desire to get involved might be, please reach out to us. We depend on the involvement of the families at our school.
