Legacy Day

• What is Legacy Day?

Legacy Day is an annual spring festival held at Aldo Leopold Community School, hosted by ALAPTO. Legacy Day celebrates our namesake, Aldo Leopold, and his contribution to conservation. It also serves as a 'homecoming' event for alumni.

• Who can attend?

Everyone! Community members, students, and the students' families are welcome to attend Legacy Day!

If you have a child, please attend with them - grown-ups are responsible for their kids.

• What's the cost?

Legacy Day is free to attend. There may be a low cost for specific games or concessions, depending on our fundraising needs for the year.

• Can Students Volunteer?

Anyone is welcome to join the volunteer group, including highschoolers! ALAPTO is a registered non-profit and can confirm service hours for students (high school or college) and adults, as needed.

• What does Legacy Day have this year?

TBD for 2027!
